The 2012 refurbishment changed Serenade's line-up of specialty restaurants, substituting new concepts for old and increasing the number. As a result, Serenade offers a variety of specialty dining experiences. (See also our menus page).
Chops Grille remains Serenade's premier specialty restaurant. It is a high-quality, American-style steakhouse. On Serenade, it is located on the port side of Deck 6 with a wall of glass dividing it from the sea. |

Next door to Chops is Giovanni's Table. Giovanni's offers an Italian-inspired menu. It is less formal than its predecessor in this space Portofino's but still an upscale experience.

Izumi offers Asian-inspired dishes. It occupies a somewhat remote location on Deck 12 that was the Seaview Cafe before the 2012 refurbishment.

The Chef's Table is an experience in fine dining. A small group of guests gather in an elegant purpose-built room for a multi-course dinner with wine pairings. Before each course, the chef explains the dish and the sommelier discusses the wine. The quality of the dishes and the wine is quite high. In addition, the guests brought together by a common experience enjoy pleasant conversation.

Rita's Cantina, is a combination bar and casual dining venue. It features Mexican-inspired food.
