Vitality at Sea Spa. Within this complex are the spa itself, the salon and the fitness center. The spa itself offers an array of massages and other treatments.

The spa's thermal suite (above) has heated
ceramic chairs, aromatherapy steam chambers, tropical rain forest showers and a sauna.

Between treatments, guests can have refreshments in the
relaxation room. |

The Spa complex also includes the Vitality At Sea Fitness Center, which offers classes and fitness instruction. Facilities include treadmills, weights, and exercise machines. There is also an area for aerobics and other classes.

The final component of the spa is the Salon, which offers services for men and women including hair styling, facial and other beauty treatments.
