QUEEN VICTORIA
PHOTO TOUR AND COMMENTARY DINING (SUITES) |
As is the case on more and more cruise ships, guests staying in the ship's suites have their own restaurants. The top suites are assigned to the Queens Grill (above and left). This is located high on the ship and is cantilevered out over the port side of the ship. Its mirror image is the Princess Grill (below) on the starboard side of the ship.
Both restaurants are single seating for dinner. Guests in the Princess Grill have all of the menu options that guests in the Britannia Club have plus additional ala carte items. Guests in the Queens Grill have all the options of guests in the Princess Grill plus they can request any dish that they desire and if the ingredients are aboard and time allows, it will be made for them. |
Guests staying in any cabin category essentially can go anywhere on the ship i.e. it is not like the movie Titanic. However, guests in the suites have exclusive access to the Queens Grill Lounge (below left), which is by the Grills restaurants and a section of the open decks by the Grills restaurants (below right).
