NORWEGIAN BLISS
PHOTO TOUR AND COMMENTARY DINING
|
The largest and still the most frequented by guests is the Garden Cafe. This is Bliss' buffet restaurant. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, it has stations offering various dishes. The seating is around the perimeter of the room next to the floor to ceiling windows. In a change from earlier Breakaway class ships, the Garden Cafe is in the forward part of the ship.

Also in the forward part of the ship, the Observation Lounge (above) has buffet stations for breakfast and lunch.
Another venue that is both a bar and a dining venue is Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville (above). This is a sea-going version of the popular shoreside Margaritavilles, featuring cheese burgers and nachos. Additional charges apply.
The Food Republic (above) is a casual venue with some sophisticated flavors. Developed in conjunction with Miami's Pubbelly Restaurant Group, the food at this restaurant combines elements of a number of cuisines from around the world. The menu is presented and orders are placed using the iPads on the tables. Additional charges apply.
There is plenty for those who have a sweet-tooth on Bliss. A new venue Coco's (right) offers candies, gelato, ice cream, pastries, waffles and crepes. Along the same lines, the Bake Shop (below left) has cakes and pies. It also has a window out onto the Waterfront through which it sells gelato. Theis cunter is called Dolce Gelatin (below right).
