The main shopping area on Norwegian Bliss is on Deck 8. There are two large shops selling jewelry, clothing, souvenir items, and sundries. In addition, there are counters in the hallways selling other items. Bliss also has a Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville boutique.

The Art Gallery is along the hallway on Deck 6. It is operated by Park West, which also conducts art auctions and seminars.

At Perspectives Studio on Deck 6 (above left), guests can arrange to have a consultation with a photographer and a private portrait session.
The Photo Gallery (above right) sells cameras and equipment as well as the souvenir photos taken onboard and in the ports of call.

Located in the lobby is the Internet Cafe. It includes several computer terminals. There is also a desk where guests can get help on connecting their own devices to the ship's wi-fi system.
