DINING (CASUAL DINING)

The Lido Marketplace is Sunshine's buffet 
restaurant.  It is done in pastel colors and light woods giving it a light, contemporary atmosphere.  The layout is also different than on Carnival Destiny with more stations and less long counters.

Of particular note is the pizza station, Pizzeria del Capitano, where hand-made pizzas are baked to order.  A new oven was made for Sunshine, which seeks to replicate the ovens used 
to make pizza in Italy.

Another interesting station is the Pour Your Own Beer station.  As the name indicates, guests can pour a glass of beer to accompany the meal.  This is similar to the buffet restaurants on sister company AIDA's ships  except that there is a 
charge for the beer here.  ​

The Blue Iguana Cantina in the Beach 
Pool area serves breakfast and lunch with a 
Mexican flare.  You can design your own 
taco or burrito.  Just say which ingredients 
you want in it and it will be made for you. ​

Also in the Beach Pool area is Guy's Burger 
Joint.  Developed with celebrity chef Guy Fieri, it 
offers premium burgers made to Chef Fieri's design.  
It also has a toppings bar so that you can take a 
plain hamburger or cheeseburger and create 
something of your own design.

The Taste Bar (left), offers sample plates each evening.  The style of food changes each night reflecting the variety 
of dining venues across the Carnival fleet.

This venue is also open for breakfast, providing an alternative to the main dining room and the buffet.
