The Dining Room is
Rotterdam's main dining room. It is two-tiered and holds
approximately 580 guests. Within the restaurant there are a variety of atmospheres
due to the diversity of locations (e.g. window table, balcony, central area) and table sizes.
One level of the restaurant is dedicated to traditional
fixed-seating dining. The other level is used for HAL's flexible
dining. Breakfast and lunch are open seating.
The Pinnacle Grill is Rotterdam's extra-tariff alternative restaurant. It is reservations-only and is renowned for its Sterling Silver Beef, seafood dishes and its wine list. On Rotterdam, the Pinnacle Grill is located in an interior space. However, the decor and soft lighting give it the feel of a sophisticated European restaurant. One night each cruise, the Pinnacle Grill becomes Rudi's Sel de Mer, a seafood brasserie.
