REGAL PRINCESS
PHOTO TOUR AND COMMENTARY POOLS. SPORTS AND OPEN DECKSRegal Princess has three pool areas. In addition, her upper decks have a good variety of sports and leisure facilities.

The central pool area is known as the
Fountain Pool. Its name comes from 85 jets of water that shoot upwards 33 feet from the island that separates the main pool from a smaller circular splash pool. The jets of water are controlled so as to produce displays of dancing water. At night, colored lights are shined on the fountains to produce an even more spectacular effect. The central pool area also has two hot tubs, two bars, a light grill, a pizzeria and an ice cream stand as well as the giant Movies Under the Stars LED screen. |
Princess Sports Central, aft on decks 18 and 19, offers a variety of exercise options. Its centerpiece is the Center Court, which can be set up for basketball, volleyball, tennis or badminton. A portable batting cage can also be set up for baseball fans. Nearby
are ping pong tables and a room with a computerized shooting simulator where guests can use laser rifles for skeet shooting and target practice.

Going by Center Court is a two lane jogging track (one each of walkers and runners) (left). Along the way, guests can stop at various stations equipped with exercise machines.
Golfers can practice their swing in the golf nets by Center Court or they can venture up a deck to the Lawn Court, where they can play mini-golf. |
