QUEEN ELIZABETH
PHOTO TOUR AND COMMENTARY DINING (Casual Venues and Specialty Restaurants) |
Located on Deck 9 near the ship's swimming pools is the Lido Restaurant, Queen Elizabeth's informal buffet restaurant. It is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The room is spacious and offers excellent views from the seating areas.
For dinner, a section of the Lido is dedicated to one of three regional cuisines and waiter service becomes available. There is a cover charge for these offerings. There is also a complimentary buffet station for guests who want a more informal dinner.

A daily event on Queen Elizabeth is Afternoon Tea. This is a
formal-style tea with sandwiches, cakes and scones served by white-gloved waiters. The primary venue for tea is the Queens Room but the ingredients are also available in the Lido Restaurant on a self-serve basis. Queen Elizabeth also offers a champagne afternoon tea for an additional charge. |
Specialty Dining
Queen Elizabeth's only permanent specialty restaurant is the Verandah Restaurant (below), named after the much-loved
Verandah Grill on the original Queen Mary. It features gourmet Southern French and Spanish cuisine and is open for lunch (sea days only) and for dinner. Additional charges apply.
