Noordam was designed to have one specialty restaurant. However, Holland America has found ways of giving passengers the option of several extra tariff alternatives.
The Pinnacle Grill is the ship's original specialty restaurant. It has an elegant contemporary decor, high quality service and food. More than just a steakhouse, the Pinnacle Grill also features seafood. |

On certain nights during a cruise, the Pinnacle Grill becomes Rudi's Sel de Mer. On these nights, the menu features Mediterranean-style seafood. On another night, the Pinnacle Grill offers a Cellar Master Dinner with wine pairings.

To provide an additional specialty restaurant,, a section of the Lido Restaurant is set aside in the evenings and becomes Canaletto. (not shown). This is a casual venue featuring Italian-inspired cuisine. There is a nominal cover charge.
