Going further aft, you come to the BB King Blues Club/America's Test Kitchen (formerly known as the Queens Lounge/Culinary Arts Center). During the day, it is used for cooking demonstrations developed in conjunction with America's Test Kitchen. In the evenings, it becomes a seagoing version of the BB King Blues Club featuring blues and R&B music performed by the BB King All-Stars. It has its own bar.
