Constellation offers three dining experiences that are open to all but where additional charges apply.
Ocean Liners Restaurant is the ship's original extra-tariff venue. Its decor was patterned after the 1930s ocean liner Ile de France and recalls the luxury of that era in ocean travel. This is very much a fine dining venue. (See our review of Ocean Liners's Restaurant) Guests enter the restaurant through a room that is literally an ocean liner museum with artifacts from some of the most famous ships. Inside, original works of art depict the ships.

Combining two popular culinary styles, the Tuscan Grill is both a steakhouse and an Italian restaurant. The atmosphere is upscale, modern day West Coast USA. It is not as formal as Ocean Liners but still a sophisticated venue.

Bistro on Five is an informal venue featuring in crepes, specialty sandwiches and light meals.
