The Seaside Cafe is Constellation's buffet restaurant. In
addition to buffet lines, it has separate buffet stations specializing in such things as "English Delights," pizza and ice cream. Located high on the ship, there are spectacular views over the surrounding sea from the seating areas. There is both indoor and outdoor seating.

Almost hidden in The Solarium, the Spa Cafe specializes in light healthy choice dining. It has poolside tables and tables which look out through the floor to ceiling windows for panoramic views. This venue is open for breakfast and lunch. At lunch, in addition to the buffet items, guests can request a salmon filet or the dish of the day, which will then be cooked ala minute.

The Pool Grill (right), located in the outdoor pool area, has hamburgers, hot dogs, desserts and daily grill specials.
Depending upon the weather, the pool area can also be the scene for special events such as a poolside barbecue (below).

Overlooking the Grand Staircase on the starboard
side of Deck Four is Cafe al Bacio, which specializes in coffees and pastries. On the port side, is the Gelatoria, which offers Italian ice cream. (There are additional charges for the specialty coffees and gelato. The pastries are complimentary). |
