PHOTO TOUR AND COMMENTARY DINING
The two level Rotterdam Dining Room is Veendam's main dining room. It is open for breakfast and lunch on an open seating basis. For dinner, under Holland America's "As You Wish Dining", guests have the option of the
traditional passenger ship system of having a set time and table for dinner or of flexible dinning, where guests can come any time the restaurant is open but may not have the same table or waiters.

The Lido Restaurant is Veendam's buffet venue. This self-serve venue is located high on the ship between the Lido Pool area and the Retreat It is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

|
Dive-In, located by the Lido Pool, is poolside dining re-imagined. It has a menu of specialty burgers cooked to order as well as sandwiches and other light fare.

|
New York Pizza, located in the Retreat, serves individual, thin-crust pizzas. It also has salads.
|
|
|
Explorations is a specialty coffee bar with snacks, pastries and sandwiches. It also has internet terminals and a lounge for reading.

The Pinnacle Grill is Veendam's elegant extra-tariff specialty
restaurant. It specializes in creative upmarket dishes, often with a connection to Alaska or the Pacific northwest where HAL maintains a significant presence.

In the evenings, a section of the Lido Restaurant becomes Canaletto. This is a casual restaurant featuring Italian-inspired cuisine. There is a cover charge for this venue.
