Just aft of the theater on the starboard side is Billboard Onboard. This venue reflects a partnership between Holland America and Billboard, the music industry publication. It replaces the traditional piano bar with a pair of dueling pianos. In addition, it is used for activities such as music trivias.

On the port side across from Billboard Onboard is Oosterdam's casino. This relatively large venue has slot machines and gaming tables.

Going further aft, you come to the Queens Lounge/Culinary Arts Center. During the day, it is used for cooking demonstrations developed in conjunction with America's Test Kitchen. In the evenings, it becomes a seagoing version of the BB King Blues Club featuring blues and R&B music performed by the BB King All-Stars.

Holland America has long had live classical music on its ships. However, the musicians performed in various locations throughout the ship on a nomadic odyssey. With Lincoln Center Stage, classical music has its own dedicated venue.

The Screening Room provides a dedicated venue for movies. Films are shown throughout the day and into the evening. Complimentary bags of popcorn are provided.

In the Digital Workshop, Microsoft-trained experts provide complimentary classes on computers, the internet and digital technology.
