The Stardust Theater is Gem's main entertainment venue. It has a capacity of 1,042 people.
Broadway style revues featuring the ship's singers and dancers are performed in the Stardust.

The Stardust is also used for comedy by stand-up comedians such as Tim Kaminski and by Gem's resident Second City troupe.
It is also used for shows by visiting performers and for events such as the port shopping and shore excursion talks. |

The Spinnaker Lounge is both an observation lounge and an entertainment venue. During the day, there are activities here such as trivia contests and bingo. In the evening, there is live music and entertainment events such as the Not-So Newlywed Game Show and the White Hot theme party.

The Atrium serves as an entertainment venue as well. At the forward end is an LED screen nearly two decks high. It can be used for movies and giant video games. In addition, it assists as a visual aide in events such as cooking demonstrations and crew Q&A talks.

There is also live music in several of the bars, lounges and other areas of the ship.
The Gem Club Casino was given a new look during the 2015 refit. It equipped with electronic gaming machines, slot machines and traditional gaming tables. There is also a casino bar
