Norwegian Escape has two swimming pools located midships on Deck 16. In the main pool area, there are two hot tubs. In addition, the are has a bandstand, LED screens, a bar and loungers.
A little further aft, between the waterslides and the kids aqua park is a second pool (right).

Above: Aft of the main pool area is the Aqua Park. It features multi-story waterslides some of which take the riders out over the side of the ship before bringing them home.
Below: Still further aft is the ropes course. It includes some 99 different challenges and three ziplines.

The ropes course area includes a feature called the Plank. Guests can walk out along an eight foot beam that extends of the side of the ship. An automatic camera is there to record the deed. Whereas Norwegian Breakaway and Norwegian Getaway had one plank, Escape has two.
