HARMONY OF THE SEAS
PHOTO TOUR AND COMMENTARY THE SPAHarmony of the Seas has an extensive spa. Indeed, it is considered one of Harmony's seven neighborhoods and includes not only the spa but the fitness center, the salon and a restaurant.

The Vitality Spa has a thermal suite that includes ceramic heated chairs, saunas and steam rooms.

The spa also has 29 treatment rooms for massages, facials etc. including three rooms for couples.

The Vitality Fitness Center runs the width of the ship. Equipment includes weight resistance machines, treadmills, cardio machines and free weights. There is also an area for exercise classes.
A set of steps from the fitness center leads to the jogging trail (below). The trail circles the ship and thus is quite long. In addition, unlike most other ships there are no sun loungers along the trail to get in the way of the runners and walkers. The view is obscured by the ship's lifeboats most of the way but there are openings that offer views of the sea. |
