Summit has two specialty restaurants, open to all but where additional charges apply
The Tuscan Grille combines a steakhouse with elements of Italian cuisine. The setting was inspired by California's Nappa Valley. This restaurant replaced the Normandie Restaurant, a fine dining venue decorated with original art from the SS Normandie ocean liner. The Tuscan Grille is much less formal both in its decor and in the dining experience. Instead, of 1930s Grand Luxe French, the experience is upscale, modern day West Coast USA |

Qsine is quite non-traditional. Guests order their meals using Apple iPods rather then printed menus. Moreover, the
meal is not the traditional appetizer, main course and dessert but rather a culinary journey during which a procession of different dishes are brought to the table. The dishes themselves are non-traditional and combine a number of cooking styles and cuisines.
