Fahrenheit 555

Carnival Horizon offers an array of specialty dining.  Except where noted, there is an additional charge for these venues.

Fahrenheit 555 is Carnival's flagship specialty restaurant.  It is a steakhouse with an upscale but relaxed decor.  (See review).

A new venue that premiered on Horizon is the Bonsai Teppanaki.  In this Japanese-inspired venue, the chef cooks the meal, usually with some showmanship, at the table in front of the guests. 

Adjacent to the Teppanaki room is another Japanese-inspired  restaurant Bonsai Sushi.  It also has outdoor seating on the Lanai.

Right: Ji Ji's Asian Kitchen is an Asian fusion restaurant taking elemnts from the cuisines of a number of East Asian cuisines. 

​Below: Cucina del Capitano is Vista's Italian restaurant.  During the day, it is a complimentary pasta bar.  In the evenings, it features Italian specialties and there is a cover charge.

Aft by the Tides Pool is the Seafood Shack where guests can purchase lobster rolls and other casual seafood dishes.  It is outdoors but in a sheltered location.
