Aurora has three extra-tariff specialty restaurants that fall under the heading Select Dining.
Sindhu features a fusion of Indian and British cuisines. It was developed in co-operation with celebrity chef Atul Kochhar. This venue is located on Deck 8 off of the Atrium.

The Glass House combines food and wine in an informal setting. Its menu includes large plates and small and it has a selection of wines chosen with the assistance of Olly Smith.

|
In the evenings, a section of the Conservatory buffet restaurant is transformed into the Beach House. (Weather-permitting, there is also outdoor dining by the Pennant Bar). It is a relaxed grill restaurant with panoramic views of the sea.
