Adventure has three specialty restaurants and a Chef's Table experience for those evening where you want a special dining experience. There are extra charges associated with each of these.
Royal Caribbean's signature specialty restaurant is the Chops Grille. It is a steakhouse featuring premium steaks cooked to order. Located on Deck 4 in what originally was the ship's nightclub, the restaurant has an intimate atmosphere.

Giovanni's Table is Adventure's Italian specialty restaurant. While still presenting a premium dining experience, it is designed to be more relaxed and family-style than the Portofino specialty restaurant, which it replaced.

Izumi is an Asian-fusion restaurant. It is located on the starboard side of the Royal Promenade. Izumi offers both sushi and a tepanyaki table.

The Chef's Table (not shown) is a multi-course feast paired with a selection of wines. During the meal, one of the ship's chefs discusses the food and its preparation. A sommeiler discusses the wines. On Mariner, the table is located on a balcony atop the grand staircase in the main dining room.
